Molino El Pujol is a Mexican restaurant in Mexico City (Hipódromo Condesa), $$; open Mon–Sun 08:00–18:00.
Enrique Olvera's casual Condesa tortillería and cafe-corn is the entire point. The Olvera Group's daytime ode to heirloom corn, a few blocks from Condesa's Parque México. Masa is ground on-site from native corn, becoming tortillas, tlacoyos, tamales, and corn-based pastries. Order corn-based dishes such as tacos (e.g., avocado, huitlacoche), tamales (e.g., carrot, pumpkin), esquites, and a café de olla. Chicatana ants are a notable ingredient often paired with corn. A masa laboratory that happens to be a great casual meal. Molino El Pujol holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand distinction in the 2026 Michelin Guide. It is the Olvera Group's daytime, masa-focused sister project to Pujol, recognized in its own right for on-site-ground heirloom corn at accessible prices.
